- Level 2: visible to the Member and to a Member with whom a trip has been validated: email, health record, surname, phone, address
(all of this personally identifiable information is collectively known as "Personal Information”).
When you contact us or ask to subscribe to direct mail or telephone notifications, we collect the Personal Information that you decide to send to us. Your communication of such Personal Information is completely voluntary; however, if you do not want to disclose such Personal Information, some of the services and/or options made available on and/or through the Website may not be available.
We also collect Personal Information when you register on "My Account/My Family", enter a contest, event (ambassador programme, etc.) or competition or contact us.
