Your company, an association, your children's school, your alumni or university is a member of World is a Village.
You get a link from them to signup to your community - find out your community
You create your personal account and describe your family to the whole community
You can organize your trip for the price of 150€ + 25€ per night. As soon as you complete your profile, your organisation offers you 10 nights (i.e. 1,000 WIV points) to use on your child's first trip!

You explore the families that are members of World is a Village, either by language spoken, or by destination on the worldwide map. You access the light description of the family, see their community and their hobbies
You get in touch with the families you are interested in. Once the family contacted validates the connection, you can access all the family's information and exchange information online
You can make an appointment to chat directly in video with the family. Take the opportunity to get to know each other and validate the details of the child's trip

Confirm with the host family all the information and details of your child's trip. When the host family has confirmed back that they will welcome your child, you validate the trip and pay via our secure solution
You use your WIV Points to validate the trip. You can buy WIV points if necessary. You choose our insurance, which protects your child worldwide
You are in charge of booking the transport tickets for the trip
Meanwhile, World is a Village is there to guide you every step of the way, from the introduction to the child's journey. Your child is ready to go, or you host the child!

Ihr schaut auch die Mitgliedsfamilien von World is a Village an. Stöbert entweder entsprechend eurer Wunschsprache oder eurem Wunschland.
Ihr kontaktiert die Familie, die euch interessiert.
Ihr unterhaltet euch, chattet per Video-Call, lernt euch kennen und besprecht die Einzelheiten der Reise.
Ihr setzt eure WIV-Punkte ein und bestätigt eure Zusatzwünsche, z. B. die Schutzengelversicherung. Bei Bedarf könnt ihr zusätzliche WIV-Punkte kaufen.
Wenn die Gastfamilie bestätigt hat, dass sie euer Kind hosten wird, validiert ihr die Reise und zahlt über unser sicheres Bezahlsystem.

Im Familienprofil tragt ihr die Sprachen ein, die ihr sprecht, die Hobbies eurer Kinder, eure Vorlieben und eure Familienregeln.
Ihr werdet von World is a Village Familien als Gastgeber angefragt.
Ihr sucht euch die Familie aus, deren Kind ihr aufnehmen möchtet.
Ihr teilt euer Familienleben mit eurem Gast und gebt ihm einen Einblick in die Kultur eures Landes.
Pro Nacht erhaltet ihr als Gastgeber 100 WIV-Punkte.
Mit den WIV-Punkten kann euer Kind zu anderen Familien reisen.

Votre entreprise, une association, l'école de vos enfants, vos anciens élèves ou votre université sont membres de World is a Village
Vous obtenez un lien de leur part pour vous inscrire à cette communauté
Vous créez votre compte personnel et décrivez votre famille à l'ensemble de la communauté
Vous pouvez organiser votre voyage pour le prix de 150€ + 25€ par nuit. Dès que vous aurez complété votre profil, votre organisation vous offrira 10 nuits (soit 1 000 points WIV) à utiliser lors du premier voyage de votre enfant !

Vous explorez les familles qui sont membres de World is a Village, soit par la langue parlée, soit par la destination sur la carte du monde. Vous pouvez accéder à la description légère de la famille, voir leur communauté et leurs passe-temps
Vous pouvez entrer en contact avec les familles qui vous intéressent. Une fois que la famille contactée valide la mise en relation, vous pouvez accéder à l'ensemble des informations de la famille et échanger en direct
Vous pouvez prendre rendez-vous pour discuter directement en chat video avec la famille. Profitez-en pour faire connaissance et valider les détail du voyage de l'enfant

Confirmez avec la famille d'accueil toutes les informations et détails du voyage de votre enfant. Lorsque la famille d'accueil a confirmé qu'elle accueillera votre enfant, vous validez le voyage et payez via notre solution sécurisée
Vous utilisez vos WIV Points pour valider le voyage. Vous pouvez compléter en achetant des WIV Points. Vous choisissez d'opter pour notre assurance, qui protège votre enfant dans le monde entier. Vous vous charger de réserver les billets de transport pour le voyage
